Overview

We are searching for an organized and people-orientated professional to join our bank family as a Marketing Administrator in our Madison office.  The Marketing Administrator will support the overall Marketing function through systems & project administration, database & list management, campaign support/trafficking, data analysis, measurement & reporting, and all marketing operations and sales support as assigned by the Marketing Director. In addition, the Marketing Administrator will work with the Marketing team and other functions across the bank on various initiatives as needed, all while providing high-quality service both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

  • Develop list segmentations in support of targeted marketing campaigns and projects using CRM and campaign management platforms
  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and various management reports and analyses
  • Interface with internal and external customers, along with marketing vendors, in coordinating marketing and advertising initiatives
  • Support Marketing campaigns, programs and events.

Administration

  • Organize and maintain marketing databases, including:
  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms
  • Marketing / promotions calendar
  • Marketing collaboration / project management platform
  • Marketing communications archives 
  • Vendor / partner database management
  • Data queries and management reporting

Campaign / Project Support

  • Support the fulfillment / trafficking of campaigns across various media (print, social & digital)
  • Coordinate production of sales & marketing collateral, presentation, promotional items and other materials 
  • Assist with execution of marketing programs & promotions
  • Perform website updates
  • Coordinate installation and removal of new construction signage for Mortgage and Commercial banking
  • Distribute promotional items and manage/track inventory

Data Analysis

  • Leverage and connect data platforms to assess effectiveness of marketing campaigns / initiatives
  • Develop marketing analytics to help improve and develop new campaigns, targeting
  • Coordinate customer satisfaction & market research
  • Perform regular competitive audits to better understand market dynamics
  • Develop, schedule and run regular management reports; ad hoc reports
  • Report on product leads and attribution

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar distinction and/or 1-2 years previous experience in marketing, communications or similar field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to be able to interact and communicate with a diverse group of associates
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Flexibility with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Functional understanding of advanced features in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint with the ability and willingness to learn new programs/software
  • Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management ) and CMS (Content Management System) platforms
