We are seeking a leader to join our Verona office as a Residential/Retail Underwriting Manager! This position is responsible for managing and overseeing the underwriting function to ensure all mortgage and retail loans are underwritten efficiently, accurately and within stated timeframes/deadlines while also meeting regulatory, secondary market and in-house guidelines/requirements. The Residential/Retail Underwriting Manager will oversee all underwriting staff including training, development, coaching and day to day supervision. Additionally, this role will be a working manager and will work the overflow volume within the underwriting area as needed.
This position is a full time position with hours of 8am – 5pm Monday-Friday.
