    We are seeking an enthusiastic and team oriented professional to join our Waunakee office as an ITM Support Representative! Our customer goal is to achieve "Full Banking Relationships". This position is responsible for developing and expanding customer relationships by providing high customer satisfaction via ITM systems. This position provides prompt, efficient, helpful, courteous service to all customers and associates. Process all transactions following security/compliance guidelines, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.   The ITM Support Representative provides new and existing customer with resources to serve their financial needs while working to increase the profitability of the bank.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Promote and maintain positive relations with all internal and external contacts, customers and potential customers
    • Address customer needs upon their arrival at the bank via ITMs
    • Research and assist in problem solving all other customer issues/concerns as needed
    • Balance and Review Reports Daily
    • Maintain communication with branches and other departments i.e. helping to communicate any updates or issues
    • Process all transactions that come through the ITM area including but not limited to cashing checks, performing withdrawals, making deposits, processing loan payments, etc.
    • Perform review of captured image item accurately and efficiently
    • Keep informed about bank products and services offered
    • Review customer information and make appropriate suggestions to customers
    • Refer customers to other bank personnel when appropriate
    • Utilize bank technology to track all sales & referrals
    • Actively participate in sales, office and staff meetings
    • Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times
    • Participates in community involvement/bank activities
    • Performs all other duties as assigned

     

    Qualifications

     

    • Associates degree in Finance, Accounting, Business and/or similar field of education and/or 1-2 years previous work experience in a role requiring a high degree of accuracy
    • Solid understanding of financial products and services
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to be able to interact and communicate with a diverse customer base
    • Demonstrated problem solving skills with the ability to make good decisions and exercise independent judgement
    • Enhanced ability and willingness to learn new programs, software, and technology.  Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks and work in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a strong attention to detail with excellent follow up skills
    • Willingness to work toward goals and performance standards of the department including the ability to put forth the extra effort necessary to make the department a successful operation: (i.e. working additional hours, attending outside educational programs, etc.)
    • Demonstrated ability to represent the organization in a professional, positive manner

    This position will train at our Madison office for the first few weeks before transitioning to the Waunakee Office.

     

    Hours for this position will be scheduled between 7:45am-5:45pm Monday – Friday. Additionally, this position will work two to three Saturdays a month from 8:45am – 12:00pm. Flexibility in scheduling may be needed on occasion.
