  • Overview

    We’re seeking a reliable part time temporary Scanning Specialist to join our Cross Plains Main office to assist in management of our lending files! This position will be responsible scanning and verifying the accuracy of the scanned file by reviewing each document scanned.  This position will be flexible in terms of hours and daily schedule, but will probably require no more than 20-30 hours per week.

    Responsibilities

    • Compiles scanned documents into an established folder organization so others within the bank can quickly and efficiently find the records they need.
    • Check the quality of the digital copies and adjusts as needed.
    • Scans documents by placing physical records into a scanner in the right orientation and initiating the scan.
    • Prepares documents for scanning. Preparation may include removing staples or anything holding individual sheets together, sorting documents in the correct order, and unfolding individual sheets so that content is visible.

     

    Qualifications

     

    • Preferred experience in a similar office/financial setting
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Ability to keep information confidential
    • Ability to read, write, understand and speak English clearly
    • Ability to represent the organization in a professional, positive manner
    • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with efficiency and attention to detail
    • Comfortable working with scanning equipment and computer storage systems
