    We are seeking an adaptable and team-oriented professional to join our Madison office as a Marketing Communications Coordinator! As a Marketing Communications Coordinator you will support the overall Marketing function through public relations & thought leadership, event coordination, social media & customer communications, research & project administration, measurement and reporting, and all marketing operations and sales support as assigned by the Marketing Director. In addition, the Marketing Communications Coordinator will work with the Marketing team and other functions across the bank on various marketing initiatives as needed, all while providing high-quality service both internally and externally.

    Responsibilities


    • Work with our external PR partner to help gain positive exposure for the Bank

    • Manage and publish blogs & eNewsletters

    • Develop, maintain and monitor our social media presence

    • Manage the execution of Marketing events- handle event logistics leading up to, the day(s) of the event, and post-event- venue sourcing, catering, audio visual, branding, budget reconciliation, etc.

    • Work cooperatively with internal constituents to outline/refine a customer onboarding process using corporate CRM system & supplementary platform

    • Direct customer satisfaction research and non-customer brand awareness research

    • Manage corporate sponsorships & local office giving budgets

    • Perform all other duties as assigned or requested

    Qualifications


    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar distinction and/or 1-3 years previous experience in marketing, communications or similar field.

    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to be able to interact and communicate with a diverse group of associates

    • High level of customer service skills

    • Demonstrated problem solving skills

    • Flexibility with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

    • Functional understanding of advanced features in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint with the ability and willingness to learn new programs/software
