We’re seeking a service-oriented professional to join our Black Earth team as a part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR)! CSR’s provide prompt, efficient, helpful, courteous service to all customers and associates and process all transactions following security/compliance guidelines, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. In addition, CSR’s seek opportunities to provide additional products and services to customers wherever possible to build profitable customer relationships.
Candidates should have exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrated problem solving skills, strong organizational skills, general accounting knowledge/math skills, a willingness to participate in community functions, and an ability to represent the organization in a professional, positive manner. Previous banking experience or cash handling experienced preferred.
Hours for this position will be Monday – Friday starting at 2:45pm and ending at 5:45pm. This position will be required to work every other Saturday from 8:45am – 12:15pm.
