    We’re seeking a driven student to join our Madison office team as a summer Marketing Internship!   This Internship will support the overall Marketing function through project administration, campaign and list administration, digital marketing administration, event support and all marketing and sales initiatives as assigned by the Marketing Director. In addition, this position will work with the Marketing team and other functions across the bank on various activities as needed, all while providing high-quality service both internally and externally.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the Marketing team in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and activities
    • Interface with internal and external customers, along with marketing vendors, in coordinating marketing initiatives
    • Update and maintenance website content (using Banno Content Management System)
    • Create and optimize campaign landing pages (using HubSpot)
    • Create and optimize blog pages (using HubSpot)
    • Support eNewsletter and eMail marketing initiatives (using HubSpot)
    • Implement and support social media marketing calendar (using various platforms)
    • Support online customer engagement (using various social media platforms) in conjunction with Customer Contact Center
    • Preparation of presentations, reports and analyses as requested
    • Assist in production of marketing campaigns, collateral and other promotional materials
    • Assist with coordination of training events, and other special projects as assigned
    • Performs all other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Working toward a Bachelor’s degree or Certificate in Marketing or Communications
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to be able to interact and communicate with a diverse group of associates
    • High level of customer service skills
    • Demonstrated problem solving skills
    • Flexibility with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Functional understanding of advanced features in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint with the ability and willingness to learn new programs/software
    • Demonstrated creative abilities

    Hours for this position will be Monday – Friday 8 AM-5 PM. Flexibility in scheduling may be needed on occasion.
