We are seeking a self-starter and detail-oriented professional to join our Waunakee office as a Compliance Specialist! A Compliance Specialist will be responsible for assisting in monitoring the effectiveness of the compliance program by performing various tasks to ensure the bank maintains a high level of compliance by staying current on regulatory issues and by informing staff of regulatory changes. This role will also assist the AVP-Compliance Officer and outside consultants and regulators to facilitate reviews and examinations.
